It's been awhile since I've posted on here but I've been keeping very busy! I just completed a post-graduate program in Interactive Multimedia and have been working on a variety of things. This includes my new website which is www.allytoons.com

Encephalon - The Transhuman Condition

The album is finally out in North America! Matt and I ended up collaborating on the cover art and I love the result! It's quite a bit different from what I started out with (when I had no idea what I was doing in Illustrator or Photoshop) but I'm very pleased with how abstract it turned out. We also collaborated musically on track 5, The Killing Horizon.

I joined Encephalon two years ago, originally for live back up vocals and guitar. The song Rise contains haunting choir samples that I very much wanted to work with.. I love singing anything that's intense. Coincidentally many years ago I was in a metal band and performed another song called Rise. Headbanging in tall heels is something that should be practiced before going crazy on stage! >_<
